I am a software engineering researcher and educator studying human-AI collaboration across software development and education. My work examines how AI is changing the way software is specified, designed, built, and evaluated, with particular attention to the reliability of AI-generated artefacts and the need for software engineering workflows to adapt around review, traceability, verification, and accountability. I also investigate how perspective-taking, psychological safety, and conflict influence technical decision-making in software teams. Through empirical studies in professional and educational settings, I aim to develop practices that improve software quality, reduce organizational risk, and help developers and students use AI without weakening technical judgment.
